Campus AI cameras
Analytics on the CCTV you are already required to run, tuned to a small number of events that actually need a person.
What it does
What it does
- Flags a perimeter gate propped open, a vehicle in a pedestrian area, or a crowd forming where one usually does not.
- Detects a camera that has been moved, blinded or has stopped recording — the failure most schools discover only when they need the footage.
- Routes each flag to the staff member responsible for that zone, with a still frame and a timestamp.
- Keeps a record of what was flagged, who acknowledged it, and what they did.
Deployment
How it is deployed
- We survey your existing cameras against the CBSE Affiliation Bye-Laws coverage list and tell you honestly which ones are not usable for analytics.
- Analytics run on a server inside your building. Footage does not leave the campus network unless you export it deliberately.
- Each detection type is tuned on your own footage over two weeks, and we agree an alert budget per day before go-live. A system that cries wolf gets ignored.
- Staff training covers what the system flags, what it misses, and when to trust your own eyes instead.
Day to day
What the school sees
- A zone map showing which cameras are healthy and which are not.
- An alert queue with a still frame, the zone, the time and the responsible staff member.
- A weekly digest of camera health and alert volume.
- Full manual access to your own recorded footage, exactly as you have today.
Data
What data it produces
- Alert events with a single still frame
- 90 days
- Camera health and uptime records
- 1 academic year
- Acknowledgement and action logs
- 1 academic year
- Continuous CCTV footage
- Per your DVR policy — CBSE requires at least 15 days
Limits
What it does not do
- It does not do facial recognition on students. We do not enrol, match or identify children by face, and we will decline the request if you ask for it.
- It does not monitor classrooms for attention, emotion or behaviour. Those products exist; we do not build them.
- It does not send your footage to a cloud service for processing. Analytics run on-site.
- It does not replace supervision. It watches a short list of physical conditions, and it is silent about everything else.
- It does not track individuals across cameras or across days.

We walk the site, tell you what your existing equipment can and cannot support, and put it in writing.
The rest of Guardian
Bus and route safety
Know which child boarded which bus, where that bus is, and when it deviates from its route.
Network layer security
Keep cameras and lab machines on their own segments, so one compromised device reaches nothing else.
AI lab setup
A working teaching lab: machines, curriculum-aligned projects and staff who can run it without us.
