   Gates, corridors, the existing cameras and where they actually point. About two hours.

   We look at the transport

   Routes, vehicles, what tracking is already fitted and whether it can feed Guardian.

   We audit the network

   What is connected, what is exposed, and what would need to change before anything is added.

4. 04

   You get it in writing

   A scope with what is usable, what needs replacing and what it costs — within five working days, whether or not you go ahead.
